Every venue listed on ACTIV goes through a thorough verification process. Our team reviews facilities, amenities, and safety standards before approving any venue. We also collect and monitor player reviews to maintain quality.
Venue partners
ACTIV partners with all types of sports venues — football grounds, badminton courts, cricket grounds, swimming pools, gyms, tennis courts, and more. If it's a sports facility, we'd love to have you on board.
Listing your venue on ACTIV is free. We operate on a commission model — we only earn when you earn. Contact us to learn more about our pricing structure.
Our verification team typically reviews and approves venue applications within 2–5 business days. We may reach out for additional documentation or a quick call to verify details.
Absolutely. You have full control over your venue's pricing, slot availability, and booking rules. You can update these anytime through the ACTIV Venue Partner app.
Payments are processed securely through ACTIV and transferred directly to your registered bank account on a weekly basis. You can track all transactions in your partner dashboard.
ACTIV provides dedicated partner support via email, in-app chat, and phone. Our support team is available Monday–Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM IST to assist you with any questions.
